CONCLUSIONS: 

 

• We can see that Alqueria has a really good control over their employers, due to the fact that they have the total control over them plus the steps or ways to act are define through contracts.

 

• Alqueria is not a very centralized company, because their managers in day-to-day decisions have the freedom to act as they consider. But if it a big decision that will affect the company in a big scale it is really clear that they need to consult it with their superior.

 

• This company knows that the relationships between all the people that are involve is crucial, so the values established are crucial. Plus they have external activities like BBQ´s to encourage the feeling of family.
